The AlphaSteel Guarantee

Every AlphaSteel order is covered for 60 days from the date of purchase. The manufacturer asks that you use the product for at least 30 days first, which still leaves you a month to decide.

How to claim a refund, step by step

1. Email support@alphazsteel.com from the address you used at checkout, or call +1 (401) 274-0186 during Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm ET.
2. Include your order number. If you cannot find it, your full name and the shipping ZIP code are enough for us to locate the order.
3. Tell us briefly what happened. We ask because it improves the product, not because the refund depends on the answer.
4. We confirm by email, usually within one business day.
5. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post it in five to ten business days.

What is covered

The full purchase price of your AlphaSteel order, including opened and partly used bottles. You do not need to ship anything back. The bonus guides included with the three and six-bottle packages are yours to keep either way.

What is not covered

Original shipping charges on the two-bottle package are not refunded, since that cost is incurred the moment the parcel leaves. Purchases made anywhere other than this portal cannot be refunded by us, because they did not come from authorized distribution. That includes marketplace listings, which is one more reason to verify your AlphaSteel source before you buy. Requests made after the 60-day window are handled case by case and we are reasonable about genuine edge cases.

Why the window is 60 days and not 14

Because AlphaSteel takes a month to show up for most men. Sixty-nine percent of reviewers report their first noticeable change between the third and eighth week, and a fourteen-day guarantee on a product with that timeline is a guarantee designed not to be used. Sixty days from purchase covers the full ramp with room to spare.
