AlphaSteel Quality Standards

Every AlphaSteel lot passes identity, potency, heavy metals and microbial testing before a single bottle is released to this portal. The verification page publishes the result for the current run; this page describes the process that produces it.

Where AlphaSteel is made

AlphaSteel is manufactured in the United States in a facility registered with the Food and Drug Administration and operating under current Good Manufacturing Practice. cGMP is a documentation framework rather than an endorsement: it governs how raw materials are received and quarantined, how equipment is cleaned between runs, how deviations are recorded and how long records are kept. [9] It is the floor, not the ceiling, and the third-party testing described below sits on top of it.

What each AlphaSteel lot is tested for

TestMethodWhat it answers
Botanical identityHPTLC fingerprintingIs this actually Eurycoma longifolia, not a substitute
Active purityUHPLCDoes the extract meet the stated concentration
Heavy metalsICP-MSLead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury below < 0.8 ppm
MicrobiologyUSP plate countTotal aerobic count, yeast, mould, absence of pathogens
Pesticide residueGC-MS screenResidues below the limits set for botanical raw materials
Capsule integrityWeight and disintegrationConsistent fill and dissolution in the stomach

The independent laboratory

Testing for the current AlphaSteel cycle is carried out by Ridgemont Verity Labs, LLC, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory that has no financial interest in the product. The lab receives sealed retains pulled at random from the run and reports back against the specification sheet. The result for batch AZ-0264-26R is certificate RV-26-1188-C: 98.9% active purity by UHPLC, heavy metals < 0.8 ppm, microbial results within usp <2021> limits.

Retains, recalls and record keeping

A sealed retain sample from every AlphaSteel run is held for the full shelf life of the lot, so a question raised eighteen months after release can still be answered against physical product rather than paperwork alone. Batch records tie the lot code on your bottle to the raw material lots that went into it, which is the mechanism that makes a targeted recall possible instead of a blanket one.

What we do not claim

cGMP registration is not FDA approval, and no dietary supplement is FDA approved. [9] Third-party testing confirms what is in the capsule; it says nothing about whether the formula will work for you. Those are separate questions and we keep them separate on purpose. [12]
