What this site collects

This portal does not host a checkout and does not store payment details. The contact form opens your own email client, which means the message travels through your email provider and not through a database on this domain. Server logs record the usual technical information: IP address, browser type, referring page and time of request.

What the checkout partner collects

When you continue to checkout you leave this domain for the manufacturer's authorized payment partner. Name, shipping address, email and payment details are collected there under that partner's own privacy terms. We receive order records sufficient to fulfil, support and refund your purchase.

Cookies and analytics

We keep this to the minimum required to run the site. Any analytics in use is aggregate and is not used to build advertising profiles of individual visitors. Your browser settings can block cookies without breaking any page here.

How long information is kept

Order and support records are kept for as long as consumer protection and tax rules require, then deleted. Email correspondence is retained for two years unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

Sharing

We share order information with the fulfillment and payment partners needed to ship and bill your order, and with nobody else. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Write to support@alphazsteel.com to ask what we hold, request a correction, request deletion or opt out of email. We respond within thirty days. Residents of states with specific privacy legislation have the rights those laws grant, and we apply them to every request regardless of state.

This site and AlphaSteel are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
